6.12: i usually dont get turned on by historical smut idk why i just think its boring and it applies to this. Story-wise, i think its very predictable. i like the art though, i think it really suits this manhwa. its ok, but not bad. 5.4/10.

6.4: yea… i shouldve known from the reviews that its mid lol. i dont hate it but the mc is SUCHHHH an almost mary sue bc everyoneee loves her except for her enemies and i dont get it bc shes dumb and falls for the most dumbest traps but bc shes rlly strong and knows the game more than anyone of course she gets plot armor!!! Also i find the love interests dumb as heck.. like i dont get how both guillermo and riccardo have unconditionally loved her for 7 YEARS and she has not shown any sort of affection back until then. LIKE BRO WHY HER??? SHE ONLY SAVED YOU!!! AND U KNOW SHE DOESNY FEEL ANYTBING!! The author rlly tryna make them fall for her no matter what to have the plot make sense on why they wouldnt disobey her but ok. Also what im noticing is that every obsessive character has been saved by the mc which has lead to their obsession. Crazy. Also im confused on why she chose riccardo instead of guillermo, like they both treat u the same way and it would be a hassle if u went with riccardo bc u planned to kill him anyway. Maybe its bc she alr has her sights on him idfk. Also they didnt show what happened with guillermo in the last arc :/ guess we’ll never know. The only arc i like is the beginning and when riccardo lost his memories and dealing with the rebels. I thought those were good. The art was pretty wonky at times but id say its average. The ending felt rlly rushed tho prolly bc the author wants to finish it already lol. 5.4/10 wouldnt recommend this to someone thats into submissive males

5.08: HOLY SHIT THIS WAS A ROLLERCOASTER OF A JOURNEY.... I HAVE A LOT THOUGHTS ON THIS..... this is literally doomed yuri and hetero lmfaooo rip psyche and helio. The first arc was really good and i thought that after that arc medea will plan to kill eros and become emperor of the nation. apparently that was not her plan... i mean she needed to kill her dad lol. but yea tournament arc after that was the worst man, it was so boring sorry not sorry helio but ur backstory would be better if that arc wasnt included. literally i forgot what happened after that arc ngl 💀 but psyche and the whole callista lore arc was actually really good after everything i read. also need to mention THE ART GOT BETTER!!!! like the proportions didnt look weird and the men dont look like twinks lol idk why the artist gave them such big eyes. maybe its bc they were all young and now theyre adults?? idk. anyways i like the direction on where the story is going now bc shes finally doing what i expected her to do after the first arc, KILL EROS AND BECOME RULER OF VASILIOS TO PROTECT THOSE U LOVE!!!!! thank god i never have to catch up to this again ughhhh 8/10 for a villainess + no plot holes. is it worth reading? if ur rlly bored and want to read a dark fantasy then sure you might like this.

03/19/2026: REALLY GOOD ART. LIKE TOP TIER ART but the story's pacing is slow and too bad it ended abruptly when it's actually starting to get interesting--even the art was getting better in the later chapters. i dont rlly have that much to say since not a lot was going on...tbh when i saw that there's only 43 chapters i was like whattt is this gonna be a short story?? but nah the studio is just ass. overall its a 7.8/10.

02/18/26: Its good. BUT the deicisions the main character makes are so stupid like ik shes just a naive kid but god fucking damn its so annoying. she wasnt this annoying before jisu. but after him, she just became intolerable and i dont blame cheol at all. i dont like love triangles so i hope its just a one sided love for jisu to miae. i also didnt like how the author has flashbacks in almost every chapter when you couldve done them when you alr showed the flashback... the author loves doing this for some reason.. probably to add more suspense or engagement idfk. what i like about it and what makes it good to me are the other characters. i like how the author draws them and how theyre displayed in each chapter theyre shown. their personalities are so quirky and cute. i also like the dynamic between the two of them. i wish theres side couples other than miae and cheol. jisu is annoying but i like his personality and design. OH AND THE BUILDUP AND DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR RELATIONSHIP IS REALLY GOOD AND DESPITE THIS MANHWA HAVING A LOT OF CHAPTERS AND RELEASED IN LIKE 2021 IT DOESNT FEEL LIKE DRAGGED ON. THATS WHAT KEEPS MY RATING THIS HIGH 8.2/10
